Prior to our technician arriving, you will be emailed a picture and an estimated time of arrival, so you know who will be coming to your home. For your safety and comfort, our entire staff has been background checked and drug screened. Our technician's focus is your complete satisfaction and that your equipment is working properly and safely.
We will wear shoe covers and always work to keep your home as neat and clean as possible during the appointment and we will always clean up at the end of the appointment.
The technician will ask several questions about your equipment, your home and your comfort within the home regarding the furnace, air conditioning or plumbing. They will carefully assess the situation and create a "to-do list" of recommended repairs or potential upgrades that would help your comfort or your equipment operate more efficiently if any are necessary. They will also explain our semi-annual maintenance plans.
Once the technician has determined the cause of your problem, they will explain the recommended repair and give you the cost of the repair prior to doing any work. Once you approve the repair, they will complete the fix. If no repair is actually needed, you will only be charged a service fee of $75. That amount is simply covering the cost of the technician's time and incidental travel costs to come to your home. If a repair is needed, you will not be charged the $75, but rather, just the cost of the repair itself.
